Membership Subscription

Your subscription fee is charged automatically to ensure uninterrupted access to all benefits of The Lab Society. All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation timing. If you choose to cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, but no refunds—full or partial—will be issued.

Special Events and Live Trainings

All ticketed events, one-on-one coaching, workshops, or live training sessions are non-refundable, as these experiences are time-sensitive and packed with valuable content that is delivered immediately upon participation.

Course Access

Enrollment in any of our programs or courses is final. Once enrolled, you receive lifetime access to the course materials, allowing you to revisit them at any time. As a result, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we believe in flexibility. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not result in a refund of any kind.
