Digital Products & Templates

All digital downloads, training materials, and templates are non-refundable. Once purchased, you gain instant access to exclusive resources, which cannot be revoked or returned.

Membership Subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged automatically to ensure uninterrupted access to The Lab Society, Digital Leaders Academy, Instructor Club, and other member benefits. No refunds, full or partial, will be given. If you cancel, access remains active until the end of your billing cycle. Members violating community guidelines will be removed without refund.

Special Events & Live Trainings

Tickets for workshops, coaching, and live training sessions are non-refundable. These experiences are time-sensitive and packed with value, delivered immediately upon participation.

Community & Course Access

All course enrollments are final. You receive ongoing access to materials for a minimum of 30 days or as long as you remain a member. No refunds will be granted.

Mock Collections Exam Appointments

Students must complete the Specimen Collector Course and Mock Collections Exam within 30 days of purchase.

One reschedule is allowed as a one-time courtesy. Additional reschedules after the second appointment will incur a $75 fee—NO EXCEPTIONS.

Subscription Cancellations

While refunds are not offered, you may cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

No refunds will be provided upon cancellation.
