Enrollment in any of our courses, including:

The Specimen Collector Course, Specimen Collector Train- the- Trainer Course, Specimen Collector Instructor Only Certification Course, Mock Collections Exam ( Refresher Course) are non-refundable. Once access is granted, it cannot be revoked or “returned.” Students have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete the course and exam. If you fail to complete the program within the allotted timeframe, your access will be revoked without refund. You must re-enroll and start over to regain access.

Appointments: Students arriving 5 or more minutes late to any scheduled mock exam, coaching, or training appointment will be required to pay and reschedule, will have to reschedule and pay a $75 fee—is strictly enforced.

This online training course equips students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience required to perform and administer Department of Transportation (DOT) urine drug screen collections in full compliance with U.S. DOT procedural regulations.

The course curriculum adheres strictly to the guidelines outlined by the DOT, as specified in the Federal Register (49 CFR Part 40 – Subpart B [40.5-40.19]). Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of procedural requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance during the collection process.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be certified to conduct DOT urine drug screen collections, including adherence to regulations for chain-of-custody procedures, maintaining specimen integrity, and safeguarding patient confidentiality.

Account Usage & Identity Verification Policy

To maintain the integrity of our certification programs and remain in full compliance with regulatory and industry standards, the following policy is strictly enforced: Each course enrollment is intended for one individual only. Sharing course access, logins, or using another person’s email or identity to complete the course is strictly prohibited.

All students must register and complete the course using their own legal name and personal email address. Accounts created under someone else’s name or email will result in delayed certification and may be subject to suspension or termination.

Certification will not be issued until all of the following conditions are met:

A valid state-issued ID is submitted verifying the student’s full legal name.

The student provides proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency.

All account information matches the student’s identity.

The student completes all course units and exams.

The student successfully completes the Mock Collection Certification Exam (this includes attending the scheduled exam appointment).

The student completes payment in full, including any outstanding Split Pay second payment, if applicable.

No exceptions will be made. This policy is designed to protect the professional standing of all certified individuals and to ensure that training is completed honestly and accurately by the person enrolled.

Failure to comply with any part of this policy will result in denied certification and may lead to removal from the program.

Mock Collections Exam Policy

To ensure the integrity and professionalism of our Certified Specimen Collector training, all students are required to adhere to the following policy regarding the Mock Collection Certification Exam. Failure to meet any of the requirements below will result in delays, additional fees, or denial of certification.

1. Course Completion Requirement - Students must complete all course units and exams before being eligible to schedule their Mock Collection Certification Exam.

2. Punctuality- Students must arrive on time for their scheduled mock exam.

⏰ If a student is more than 5 minutes late, they will be considered a no-show and must reschedule and pay the $75 reschedule fee.

3. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments- Each time a student misses their scheduled Mock Collection Exam, regardless of the reason, they are required to pay a $75 convenience fee to reschedule.
This includes:

No-shows

Late arrivals (5 minutes or more)

Cancellations without 48 hour advance notice

4. Donor Role-Play Requirement- Students must have a donor present and available for the full duration of the exam to role-play the collection process. This is a non-negotiable requirement and mirrors real-world procedures.

5. Exam Kit Requirement- Students are expected to have their Mock Exam Kit ready and available during the exam. Incomplete or missing supplies will result in an automatic fail and a required reschedule with fee.

6. Exam Score Requirement- Students must pass either the Mock Refresher Course or the Specimen Collector Training Course with a 100% score before taking the live mock exam. This demonstrates readiness and ensures they understand every step of the collection process.

Important Notice

This exam is a professional certification assessment. Lack of preparation, missed appointments, and failure to follow the above requirements will delay certification and may result in additional costs.

📆 Memberships & Subscriptions

All subscriptions to: The Lab Society, Digital Leaders Academy, Instructor Club Any membership tier, workshop or coaching call access are non-refundable. Once access is granted, it cannot be revoked or “returned.” Subscription fees are billed automatically to ensure uninterrupted access. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Violations of community guidelines may result in removal from the membership without refund. You may cancel anytime, but no refunds—full or partial—will be issued for unused time.

💳 Split Pay Plan Terms

If you choose the Split Pay Plan, you agree to the following additional conditions:

The plan allows you to split your payment into two equal parts:

50% due at the time of enrollment

50% due by the 7th day after purchase or before you reach Unit 5, whichever comes first.

The second payment will be automatically charged to the card on file.

If the second payment fails:

Your course access will be immediately revoked

You will be required to pay your remaining balance to regain access

Course progress may be lost and is not guaranteed to be restored

No refunds will be issued on either payment.

Chargeback attempts will result in permanent removal from the course and may be pursued for collections with added administrative fees.

This plan is a convenience to help you get started, not a trial or payment delay. Please ensure you are ready to honor the full payment agreement before selecting this option.

🎟️ Special Events, Workshops & Live Trainings

All tickets for events, coaching sessions, workshops, or live training are non-refundable. These experiences are time-sensitive, high-value, and considered consumed once delivered or attended.

💬 Community Access

Your course or membership access is valid for a minimum of 30 days or for the duration of your active subscription. Course access and community interaction are part of our service delivery and are therefore non-refundable.
