Lab Society Membership & Community Agreement

Mary On Demand – a subsidiary of NextScreen LLC

Effective Date: September 26, 2026

This Lab Society Membership & Community Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your membership in Lab Society, operated by Mary On Demand, a subsidiary of NextScreen LLC (“Company”). By enrolling in Lab Society or continuing to access its services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Membership Access

Membership provides access to Lab Society’s digital learning platform, courses, community forums, and resources (“Community”).

Access is personal and non-transferable. Members agree not to share login credentials, community links, or any content or materials with non-members.

All content remains the exclusive property of the Company.

2. Payment & No-Refund Policy

All membership fees are final and non-refundable.

Members agree not to initiate a chargeback for any reason.

3. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback is a material breach of this Agreement.

If a chargeback is initiated—regardless of outcome—membership access will be permanently terminated and will not be reinstated.

The Company reserves the right to recover any associated processing fees and costs of collection.

4. Community Standards

Members agree to:

Maintain respectful and professional behavior at all times.

Refrain from negative, disruptive, or harassing behavior.

No selling, promotion, or posting of outside offers inside the Community without prior written permission.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, remove posts, suspend access, or permanently terminate membership for violations.

5. Non-Compete & Non-Solicitation (Texas)

During membership and for one (1) year after termination, members shall not:

Establish or operate a competing business offering substantially similar services within the State of Texas based on proprietary methods, materials, or trade secrets obtained from the Company; or

Solicit or attempt to solicit current members or clients of the Company for similar services.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, templates, and resources are the exclusive property of Mary On Demand / NextScreen LLC.

Members receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Agreement Acceptance

By enrolling in Lab Society or continuing to use its services after September 26, 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement, including no refunds, chargeback policies, community standards, and non-compete provisions.
